The world as we know it at this moment in time is a dark, hard, depressing space where we often find it difficult to see the Light and often battle to even breathe!  However, we are part of God, and within us we hold all the energy and potential to create a better society and yet that potential is not being realized and true Spirituality is not encouraged! This is the time for us to reset and realign ourselves in body, mind and spirit!
