Within every living body, although on a subtle level rather than a physical level, there are a series of energy fields or centres of consciousness, which are known as Chakras.
Chakra is the Sanskrit word for wheel.
Chakras are spinning vortices that focus certain frequencies of energy. If the Chakras are not spinning properly, then we are sluggish and have no energy. If they are spinning too fast, then we are hyped up and can’t function properly. When a Chakra accumulates stress, it does not direct the appropriate energy into the body. Each Chakra has a particular focus of action but they are all interrelated. When one Chakra becomes disturbed it can upset the functioning of the other Chakras. Over time this may contribute to physical illness or emotional upset.
The Chakra Alignment Visualisation will assist you to keep your Chakras balanced and aligned when done on a regular basis.
It is recommended that you start with the 4th dimensional alignment which should be done for a period of time and only then do you move onto the 5th dimensional alignment. You should not do both dimensions at the same time and it should not be repeated more than once a day.
We will work with nine Chakras during this exercise. We have evolved to the point where more Chakras are becoming available to us instead of just the basic seven Chakras. The Earth Chakra and the Star Chakra have therefore been included.
